Mike’s accomplishments are one measure of how he is outselling his competition. His extensive experience and expertise in home construction, design, and neighborhood development have helped him sell homes in countless neighborhoods at every price level.
Together Ally and Mike own The Mike Seder Group with RE/MAX The Woodlands and Spring. Ally serves on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Women’s Center and started and chaired the “Open Your Purse for Change” annual fundraiser.
Patrick began his real estate career 15 years ago as a New Home Sales Counselor with D.R. Horton Homes. After a successful two years, he joined his father at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring.
Candi works hand in hand with sellers. She assists with listings, accompanied showings, negotiations, and transactions. In addition, Candi is experienced with luxury home buyers and works within their budget to find the perfect style, location, and school district they’re looking for.
Bill Smith, who serves clients in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Houston, Magnolia, Tomball, Cypress, Montgomery, and more, has been assisting buyers and sellers in the area for over 36 years.
The time Cameron spent living in Houston and New Orleans has broadened his appreciation for real estate and their different architectural influences. Hobbies include hiking, fishing, coaching youth basketball and supporting local sports teams, including The Houston Rockets.
No matter the client, servicing their needs is her top priority and she has succeeded in land, lease, rental, home and sale purchases. Lacey looks forward to continuing to service The Woodlands and surrounding markets in the Houston metropolitan area.
A bilingual real estate agent at the Mike Seder Group, Carmen has been active in The Woodlands community since 2003. Actively involved in The Rotary Club and supporting Yes to Youth fundraising, Carmen treats each of her clients with the utmost respect, and each transaction as if it were her own.
In 2012, Kaitlyn moved back to The Woodlands where she immediately started working for Mike Seder as a part-time receptionist. She eventually worked her way up to become Mike’s Listing Coordinator and has been a part of his team for 10 years.
They have purchased several rental properties over the years, and Erin has become proficient in property management. She’s looking forward to taking on more clients and helping them manage their properties with the meticulous care that she has for her own.
