About Patrick Seder

Patrick Seder moved to The Woodlands when he was just one year old. He attended school here and was part of the third graduating class of The Woodlands High School, where he played baseball and was involved in Young Life. Growing up in The Woodlands, he has watched it transform into the thriving master-planned community that it is today. Patrick spent his summers working for custom builders, assisted in the construction of new homes, and learned every aspect of homebuilding from the ground up. He graduated from Texas Tech University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications and Psychology.

 

Patrick began his real estate career 15 years ago as a New Home Sales Counselor with D.R. Horton Homes. After a successful two years he joined his father at The Mike Seder Group, where he remains today. Being a resident here for most of his life, Patrick’s passion for this area has allowed him to successfully represent buyers and sellers to achieve their goals and to find the right neighborhood and home for themselves and their families. The Mike Seder Group has repeatedly been named the #1 Team in the State of Texas, and Patrick is proud to be a huge part of that.

 

He lives in The Woodlands with his wife Megan and their two sons, Shepard (2) and Duke (1).
