Candi Guilbeau – Mike Seder Group Real Estate Company, together with her husband was born and raised in Cajun Country, Lafayette, Louisiana. They’ve resided in Houston/The Woodlands for nearly twenty years, and are members of both Carlton Woods and The Woodlands Country Clubs. They have a daughter, Monet, who is currently a senior at the Woodlands Christian Academy.

 

Candi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and a Master’s Degree in Science. She worked in Law Enforcement in Louisiana and Texas before starting her real estate career in mid-2015. Over the past 4 ½ years she has been involved in over $160 million in real estate transactions. Candi specializes in the luxury market with an exceptional eye for detail, materials, and design. She has built, purchased, remodeled, and sold multiple homes in The Woodlands.

 

From listing to closing, Candi works hand in hand with sellers. She assists with listings, accompanied showings, negotiations, and transactions. In addition, Candi is experienced with luxury home buyers and works within their budget to find the perfect style, location, and school district they’re looking for.
