Meet Kaitlyn
At age 11, Kaitlyn and her family relocated to The Woodlands from Charleston, West Virginia. In 2008, she returned to West Virginia and earned her Bachelor’s Degree. In 2012, Kaitlyn moved back to The Woodlands where she immediately started working for Mike Seder as a part-time receptionist. She eventually worked her way up to become Mike’s Listing Coordinator and has been a part of his team for 10 years. Working under Mike, Kaitlyn has become well-versed in market analysis and knows the ins and outs of The Woodlands, including but not limited to, the location of each subdivision, which neighborhoods are within each subdivision, which neighborhoods are custom and those that are not, pinpointing where a certain street is located within The Woodlands, the production builders in each neighborhood, and more!
In 2013, Kaitlyn bought her first home in Spring, just 3 miles from the new Exxon Campus, and over the past 9 years, she has seen that area grow and become a very desirable place to live. Living in both The Woodlands and in Spring has given Kaitlyn firsthand experience of The Woodlands’ schools and all the amenities that The Woodlands, Spring, and surrounding areas have to offer. This information is invaluable when it comes to working in real estate. In 2019, Kaitlyn passed both the national and state real estate exams and earned her Texas Real Estate License. She has since closed several sale and lease transactions, and looks forward to continuing working with clients and helping them find their new dream homes!
Outside of real estate, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time at home with her husband, their 2 rescue pups, Omni and Ox, and their cat, Olive. She loves watching football (especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and WVU Mountaineers) and the Houston Astros. She is also very passionate about her family and friends, fashion, modeling, traveling, event planning, and interior design.
