About Nicole Murphy

Hurricane Katrina moved Nicole and her husband Will from New Orleans to The Woodlands in 2005. The sudden move was a huge transition from their very settled hometown. Nicole jumped feet first into The Woodlands community while raising their two children, Maddie and Billy.

 

With a passion for serving, Nicole has given her time and support to many nonprofits in the area. Nicole serves on the Development Board and has chaired many events for The Will Herndon Fund for Juvenile Batten Disease Research. She is responsible for the inception and chairing of the Color Run at The Woodlands Christian Academy as well as co-chairing the Giving Goes Glam fashion show and Celebration of Excellence Gala benefitting Interfaith of The Woodlands. She is a former advisory board member for Texas Children’s Hospital and a Lifetime Supporter. Nicole also enjoys volunteering with her daughter through NCL The Woodlands. Additionally, Nicole was awarded the Women of Distinction designation in 2015.

 

Nicole’s passion for design and real estate stems from her birthplace of New Orleans and its unique architecture. It inspires her to share her vision with her clients to see beyond what is in sight when viewing a property. Nicole has built and renovated several homes, allowing her to apply her passion for design and a “think outside the box” approach. Nicole believes that there is more than what meets the eye when you walk into a home and is excited to share that vision.

 

Nicole and her family own a vacation home in Watercolor, FL on the highly sought-after 30A. Nicole has invested time learning the real estate market in the area and is excited to share that expertise and insight with anyone who may be looking to purchase a second home.

 

Nicole enjoys watching her LSU TIGERS during football season and playing golf with her family on the weekends.
