About Liz Neco

Liz Neco brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to real estate, backed by over 20 years of experience in marketing, events, and communications. As the General Manager of Intellicon Group Corp, Liz built her career around strong communication, attention to detail, and creating seamless experiences.  This is something her real estate clients feel throughout every transaction.

She specializes in The Woodlands and the Greater Houston area, while also bringing a broader perspective from her ties to Puerto Rico. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Liz connects easily with a wide range of clients and understands the importance of clear, consistent communication.

Liz joined The Mike Seder Group because of its strong reputation and collaborative, client-first culture. With the support of the team, she’s able to provide a high level of service while staying closely involved with her clients every step of the way.

A longtime part of The Woodlands community, Liz is also the co-founder of The Woodlands 50 Years & Beyond, a civic initiative celebrating the area’s legacy. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, spending time with her family, and bringing people together.
