In his role, Kodee services vacant properties, manages property concerns, and ensures that every home listed with The Mike Seder Group is always “show ready.” He also coordinates with contractors, inspectors, and appraisers as needed to streamline the selling process for our clients.

With his extensive knowledge of real estate and hands-on approach, Kodee plays a vital role in maintaining and presenting homes at their best.

When he’s not working, Kodee enjoys hunting, fishing, working on his truck, watching sports, and spending time with his daughter, wife, family and friends.
