A native Texan, Kim resides in Conroe with her husband and three children. Her job entails assisting clients who are under contract to prepare for closing. This includes final walk-throughs of the home, scheduling, and meeting contractors for repairs, ordering inspections, following the process with mortgage companies, and staying in communication with the title company to ensure a smooth closing. When not working, Kim enjoys antiquing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

The team serves The Woodlands, Greater Houston area, the Austin metro region, and surrounding markets.

We assist with luxury homes, residential properties, acreage & land, commercial real estate, and vacation or retreat properties.
